Cynthia O'Neal is an Associate with Taylor, Penry, Rash & Riemann, and a graduate of Duke Universtiy (JD, BA).

Cynthia previously clerked with the Honorable Sarah J. Parker, North Carolina Supreme Court, and has received numerous awards, including:

    - Triangle Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Leadership Award for 2006

    - Business and Professional Women/Raleigh Young Careerist 2006 and BPW/USA District IV Young Careerist 2006

In addition to a very busy professional life, she is quite active in the community:
