Donna launched Godfrey Training Associates in 1994. She began her training career as a technical trainer with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and later directed a large sales training and leadership development group at Novartis. Since launching her own company 14 years ago, Donna has leveraged her training background to help leaders and teams face a variety of challenges. Her clients include Johnson and Johnson, Merck, Novartis, and Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
