BPW/Raleigh Member News Laura Benson received the Second Annual “Woman of Inspiration” by the Professional Women’s Network of the Durham Chamber of Commerce at their annual luncheon on October 13. Lt. Governor Beverly Perdue was the keynote speaker at the event which drew 220 people. Durham Interfaith Hospitality Network, the program for homeless families where Laura is the Executive Director, received a portion of the event proceeds.
