Sally Curry, the Executive Director of Career Pathways™

 

Sally Curry, the Executive Director of Career Pathways™, discovered early in her career that she had a natural gift for helping people work through issues regarding career uncertainties. She would later discover that her real calling was to help career minded people use their natural abilities and skills to make career choices that were personally rewarding to them.

Sally brings more than 15 years of serving the higher education market, within four universities to Career Pathways™, as well as, a full spectrum of career planning and development experience. Sally earned her Master of Arts in Adult Education Training & Development and earned an additional Masters degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, as well as, a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Psychology.

With certifications including the Highlands Ability Battery®, the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory®, Human Patterns® and Hay-McBer Emotional Competence Inventory®, Sally administers and interprets various assessment and diagnostic tools for her clients. She offers clarity and practical career coaching to help her clients create a career path that makes sense for who they are as an individual and what really inspires them.

Many know of Sally's commitment to helping people in career transition through her work with Proactive Career Life Planning. When the demand for specialized, highly skilled career planning increased, Sally expanded her practice and changed the name of the company to Career Pathways™. Today, Career Pathways™ is a powerful network of career and human capital professionals representing various specialties. The Career Pathways™ network also includes successful business owners who offer consulting services to individuals wanting to transition from the traditional workforce into entrepreneurship opportunities.
